WHY BHAIBAHINI
Young people in Nepal make decisions about education, careers, opportunities, and migration that can shape their lives for years. Too often, they must decide without access to someone who has genuinely navigated a similar path. The internet can provide information. Mentorship offers something different: context, honest perspective, and a person willing to listen.
BhaiBahini connects young people with experienced Nepali professionals—not to make decisions for them, but to help them ask better questions and choose with greater clarity.

Every mentor goes through a screening, identity verification, and code of conduct agreement before being matched with any mentee.
Mentors and mentees agree to clear expectations. Mentorship provides guidance and perspective-it does not give one person authority over another's decisions.
BhaiBahini mentorship takes place through approved remote channels. In-person meetings are not part of the program.
Youth participants receive appropriate protections. Parent and guardian involvement where policy requires it.
We collect only the information needed for each stage. Sensitive documents and personal details are not requested through early-interest forms.
BhaiBahini is not an emergency service, recruitment agency, legal service, medical service, or replacement for professional counseling.
